To add the URL of a post when editing the settings page of posts in Webflow, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Webflow account and go to the Webflow Designer.
- Open the Collection Editor by clicking on the Collection name in the left sidebar.
- In the Collection Editor, select the "Settings" tab at the top.
- Scroll down to the "URL" field and click on it to edit.
- By default, Webflow will automatically generate a URL slug based on the post's title. You can manually edit this slug to customize the URL.
- Make sure the slug you enter doesn't contain any spaces or special characters. It's recommended to use lowercase letters and hyphens (-) to separate words.
- After entering the URL slug, click outside the field to save the changes.
- If you want to include a specific path or folder in the URL, you can enter it before the slug. For example, if you want the post to be located in a "blog" folder, you can enter "blog/your-post-slug" in the URL field.
- As you make changes to the URL, Webflow will automatically update the "Full URL" field to show you the complete URL of the post. You can use this field to preview how the post's URL will look.
- After finalizing the URL, make sure to click "Save" at the bottom of the Collection Editor to save your changes.
By following these steps, you can easily add the URL of a post when editing the settings page of posts in Webflow.
