Create a new Collection in Webflow:

Go to your Webflow project and click on the CMS tab.
Click on "Add Collection" and give it a name.
Add any necessary fields to the Collection (e.g., Title, PDF).

Upload your PDF file:

In the CMS tab, click on "Add new item" to create a new entry for your PDF file.
Upload the PDF file by clicking on the "Upload file" button in the PDF field.
Make sure to add a title for your PDF file.

Design your Collection template:

Go to the Collection Template page and design it to display the PDF file link.
Create a link element and bind it to the PDF field in the Collection.
